Role Description
III studio is a leading Interior design firm primarily into design & execution of luxury homes commercial & office spaces. We are a boutique design firm with a team of passionate designers and execution managers. We are looking for a detailoriented Purchase Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials furniture and d cor items for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all items are procured at the best possible price meet quality standards and are delivered on time to align with project schedules.
Roles And Responsibilities
Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Procurement:
- Source and purchase materials furnishings fixtures and equipment required for interior design projects.
- Ensure that all purchased items meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and designers to determine procurement needs.
Budget Management:
- Work closely with project managers and finance teams to establish and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on received materials and products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work with suppliers to resolve them.
Logistics and Shipping:
- Oversee the logistics and shipping of materials to project sites.
- Ensure timely and costeffective delivery of materials.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed procurement records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Cost Analysis:
- Analyze costs associated with different procurement options and recommended costeffective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree
- 24 years of experience in purchase procurement preferably within the interior design construction or furniture industry.
- Strong negotiation communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in procurement software MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and inventory management tools.
- Familiarity with interior design materials and suppliers is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry trends supplier markets and procurement best practices.
- Prior experience working with highend or luxury interior design projects.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
