Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales of premium and luxury properties offering personalized solutions and establishing longterm client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth individuals (HNWIs) and investors to understand their luxury property needs.
- Property Presentation: Conduct property showings highlighting the features and benefits of luxury properties and align them with the clients requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Develop tailored sales strategies to close deals effectively working towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the luxury real estate market including new projects pricing and emerging hotspots.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations manage objections and guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to finalizing the deal.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and timely reporting directly to senior management on progress.
- Networking: Attend luxury real estate events exhibitions and networking functions to expand the company s reach and build a strong market presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (15 years preferred).
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas.
- Ability to manage and convert highvalue leads into successful sales.
- High attention to detail with an understanding of client expectations in premium property deals.
- Professionalism and a clientfirst approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate management systems.
