Role & Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key business metrics and KPIs based on customer requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solution
- Build and maintain scalable data views and models to support reporting needs
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources
- Optimize dashboard performance and underlying SQL queries
- Collaborate with Engineering on warehouse architecture and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for data models metrics definitions and reporting processes
- Support Customer Success team with technical expertise and problem resolution
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Statistics Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics role preferably in SaaS/technology industry
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries
- Proficiency in BI visualization tools (Tableau PowerBI or similar)
- Experience with supply chain KPIs & Metrics preferred
- Excellence in data visualization and presentation skills
- Understanding of REST APIs and data integration concepts
- Experience with dbt for data transformations
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Technical Skills
- SQL (advanced)
- BI Tools (Tableau Power BI)
- Excel/Google Sheets (advanced)
- Python or R (basic)
- Data warehousing concepts
