Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and resolve customer queries via calls emails or chats.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers with appropriate solutions (for Technical Support).
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate solutions.
Maintain and update records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow operational guidelines and meet daily performance metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Must be a graduate.
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
