Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in Litigation Management: Support the legal team in managing various litigation cases related to collection and recovery matters ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaboration with External Counsel: Assist in coordinating with external lawyers for litigation cases ensuring legal strategies align with company objectives.
  • Legal Documentation Support: Aid in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to collections including pleadings notices and correspondence.
  • MIS Reporting Assistance: Help maintain and report on litigation Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide insights into ongoing cases and recovery statuses.
  • Advisory Support: Provide research and drafting support for legal opinions on collection and recovery matters ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Liaison with Authorities: Assist in coordinating with labor and government authorities for managing legal submissions and responses.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and ensure informed decisionmaking.
  • Confidentiality Management: Help maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information related to litigation and recovery processes.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment contributing to businessfriendly solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Fulltime degree in Law (undergraduate or pursuing) with a keen interest in litigation particularly in collection and recovery matters.

Functional and Behavioral Requirements:
  • Strong research documentation presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interest in corporate legal matters and a collaborative work approach in a multicultural team.
