Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive professional to manage critical operational processes ensuring seamless coordination between sales production accounts and technical teams. This role involves vendor registration purchase order processing postsales service management warranty and CMC documentation and asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete the vendor registration process to register the company as a vendor with customers ensuring accurate documentation attention to details and compliance with process requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to share review and evaluate the terms of the vendor registration process.
Process and record customer purchase order details in the System/Google Suites ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with the production/QC team to confirm purchase order details and ensure coordination between QC/Stores & Logistics team for timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor the status of purchase orders track progress and address discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with the accounts team to prepare and share dispatch documents including invoices delivery challans and eway bills etc.
Support postsales activities such as deployment training and asset handovers while maintaining detailed customer service records.
Liaise with the technical operations team to provide any support required to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently post sales.
Record track and manage the asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal ensuring accurate records of asset details and movements.
Update & record details of assets in the asset management system & Google Suites.
Manage warranty and CAMC documentation and facilitate contract renewals postwarranty.
Ensure compliance with warranty and CAMC terms monitor expiration timelines and report on their status.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure proper asset utilization and maintenance across various locations.
Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals and deliverables

Experience:
12 years of Experience post qualification.
