Work hand in hand with Marketing Brands & Social Media teams to have a seamless integration of influence across
Work hand in hand with our regional hubs and support them to amplify their local activations
Be performance driven set goals track conversions and measure success of influencer programs (via Traackr)
Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels (Instagram TikTok Twitch YouTube) and news/media
Contribute in creating an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand preference and engagement
Contribute in establishing and maintaining regular communication between brands and influencer partners actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brands voices and guidelines
Contribute in negotiating contracts and organization of micro and macro influencer programs in a fullfunnel approach
Project manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations from initial brief to post campaign reporting including campaign activation and talent content creation
Qualifications :
Fluent in English (spoken & written) mandatory!
Degree in Marketing Communications or any similar field
Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
Proficiency in analytics tools (Traackr)
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both clients and internal teams
A creative way of thinking and expert at multitasking
Brand understanding
Be comfortable leading your own projects
12 years previous experience in social media/influence preferred
