Job Description
Experience: Minimum 45 years
Qualification: 12th Passed ITI
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Operate milling machines with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize measuring instruments tooling kits and follow technical drawings accurately.
- Perform cutting drilling and machining tasks as per specifications.
- Work on Digital Readout (DRO) systems for precise measurements.
- Maintain 5S standards in the workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team and ensure production targets are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues related to milling machines.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in operating milling machines.
- Expertise in using measuring instruments and tooling kits.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting drilling and machining processes.
- Familiarity with working on DRO systems.
- Understanding of 5S practices and safety guidelines.
Work Conditions:
- Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Overtime Policy: Overtime will be required as per the HODs directive and will be paid at single overtime rates.
