Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the consultant in the studio and schedule consultations to help them achieve their individual targets and earn incentives.
- Manage inquiries efficiently via phone calls and emails while maintaining professional communication standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Brand Standards.
- Oversee and manage the front desk to ensure clients receive prompt courteous attention and personalized recognition.
- Supervise front office tasks and guest relations staff to maintain excellent service quality.
- Compile front office statistics and generate detailed reports as needed.
- Uphold appropriate standards of conduct dress hygiene uniform appearance and professional demeanor for self and team members at the front office.
- Prepare and implement efficient work schedules for front office staff to optimize operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality service industry entertainment media or corporate sector.
- Communication Skills: Good and pleasing communication skills in English Hindi and the regional language (specific to the work location).
- Client Handling: Excellent telephone etiquette and strong clienthandling abilities.
- Management Skills: Knowledge of routine operations and front office management.
