Job Description
What youll do...
Work closely with group EVP of Investment and Strategy on:
- Group Business Plan coordinating contribution from the various business units of the Group
- Transactions related topics (M&A individual project investment)
- Key Group Presentations for Shareholders / Board / Comex etc.
- Development case studies
- Post transaction Integration topics
- Other Group Strategy related topics
- Adhoc development related topics
Qualifications :
- 23 years fulltime working experience with the big 4 (ideally transaction team) Private Equity Investment Banking or similar environment
- Familiar with various financial models and valuation methods
- Excellent excel skills and be capable to build complicated formulas/models
- Detail oriented in particular for numbers and presentations
- Comfortable with multitasking intense work pace and tight deadlines
- Previous knowledge/experience in hospitality (or real estate) related industry is preferred but not required
- UK eligible working visa is largely preferred
