Job Description
Were looking for AM and PM Servers to deliver friendly and efficient customer service to our diners and guests paying close attention to detail standards and food safety.
What youll do...
- Be part of a team that works towards a common goal
- Greet guests take orders serve offer recommendations and ensure the best dining experience for our guests
- Possesses thorough knowledge of menu and hotel in order to answer all questions from guests
- Oversees table service start to finish and reset
- Delivers all requests from guests in a timely fashion
- Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
- Ensures work area complies with the Florida health codes at all times
- Must be able to handle cash quickly and accurately
- Performs proper cash comp and check control procedures
- Performs opening running and closing side work
- Keeps all stations stocked by polishing and distributing china glassware and silverware
- Other duties as assigned by management needed for the team
Qualifications :
What were looking for...
- At least 2 years experience as a Server in a standalone or hotel restaurant.
- Hospitalitydriven attitude.
- Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
