Overview:
The Nursing Tutor plays a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals by providing highquality education and training to nursing students at the BSc MSc and GNM levels. This position is essential in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in a clinical setting. As a Nursing Tutor you will not only impart knowledge but also inspire critical thinking ethical practice and professional behavior among students. This role requires a deep understanding of nursing practices educational methodologies and student assessment processes. You will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment guiding students through their educational journey and ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their nursing careers. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials to nursing students at various levels.

- Facilitate simulations and practical skills sessions to enhance clinical competencies.

- Prepare and review course materials including syllabi and lesson plans.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Advise students on career opportunities and professional development.
- Conduct research and publish findings in relevant academic journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program evaluation and improvement.
- Encourage and enforce ethical standards in both academic and clinical endeavors.
- Assist in the accreditation and compliance processes for nursing programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Nursing (MSc) or related field; PhD preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSc) or equivalent.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- Prior teaching experience in a nursing program or higher education.
- Strong clinical experience in various nursing specialties.
- Knowledge of educational theories and instructional design.
- Proficiency in assessment and evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Research experience in nursing or healthrelated fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
