Job Description
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records including offer letters employment contracts onboarding forms and other HR documentation.
- Ensure HR documents comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the smooth execution of HR processes including attendance management leave tracking and payroll documentation.
- Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS tools with employee data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR documents and employee data.
- Sound Knowledge of HR Processes
- Well versed with MS Office and GSuite
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources
