Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a critical role in the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and driving sales. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The BDE will be responsible for generating leads nurturing client relationships and closing sales. In a competitive market such as Mumbai the BDE must stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs creating tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Additionally this role emphasizes the importance of collaboration with various departments including marketing and product development to create a cohesive approach to achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking referrals and research.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills and problemsolving ability.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events occasionally.
