Designation Account Payable Specialist
Location Bengaluru
Working Days: 6 Days (WFO)
Job Summary: As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Autoverse you will be responsible for managing the companys accounts payable functions with a strong emphasis on data analysis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes while also providing valuable insights through data interpretation and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Payment to vendors should have experience in dealing with payments for multiple branches/ store
2 Review of vendor bills GST value quantity
3 Should have a decent understanding of GST
4 Prior experience in vendor recon on a weekly basis
5 Review of reimbursement bills and payment thereof
6 Prior experience in vendor onboarding
7 Should have prior working experience in relation to PO bills SO and invoice
8 Should have prior experience in the closure of accounts payables on a monthly basis
9 Should have prior experience in preparing management reports in relation to payments payables
10 Should understand accounting related to advance payments vendor credit notes TDS GST professional tax provident fund
11 Should have prior experience in making the operating expense budgeting at the starting of the month
12 Prior experience in negotiating the credit terms with the vendors
13 Understanding the entire procuretopay cycle is a must
14 Must have experience in high volume industry dealing in goods should understand concepts such as HSN SKU part numbers
15 Good working experience in Zoho is an added advantage; Prior experience in setting up the endtoend procuretopay process is an added advantage
16 Good communication and Excel skills are a must
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.
Proven experience of 35 years in accounts payable or a similar financial role preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
