Job Description
Job Title: Quality Check Executive
Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Salary: Up to 25000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a detailoriented Quality Check Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products maintaining compliance with global standards and supporting our mission of delivering premiumquality masterbatches and compounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections of raw materials inprocess products and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform lab tests and analyze data to verify product quality as per customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Research and Development and production teams to resolve qualityrelated issues.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation including reports and records of test results.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 ROHS REACH and other applicable standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and assist in maintaining the company s quality management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and ensure quality improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Chemistry Polymer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems standards and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and tools for quality testing.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as IS 9833 ROHS REACH EN71 and food packaging norms.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office for report generation and documentation.
