Who are We:
The 1% Club is helping people achieve Financial Independence with a community of over 50000 lifetime members. It is cofounded by Sharan Hegde (aka Finance with Sharan) and Raghav Gupta (cofounder and CEO at Futurense Technology). The 1% Club aims to transform the education space for money management and personal finance. The larger goal being to ensure that The 1% Club members reach the top 1% of India and achieve Financial Independence.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Operations Executive to support our Insurance Advisory team. The candidate will be responsible for managing endtoend operational tasks ensuring timely followups and facilitating smooth communication between clients and partner platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with a knack for organization and client management looking to thrive in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance case logins and updates on the OneAssure platform.
- Coordinate with platforms like OneAssure and HealthySure to track and resolve pending cases for issuance.
- Follow up with clients to gather any required documents and address documentationrelated queries.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in operations is an added advantage but freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple followups simultaneously.
