Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to lead and grow our CCTV division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development with a focus on security solutions and CCTV products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for the CCTV division.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
2. Client Relationships:
Build and maintain longterm relationships with key customers contractors and dealers.
Provide technical and product support to clients and partners.
3. Market Research:
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
4. Team Management:
Lead a team of sales executives and provide training on CCTV products and solutions.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
5. Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in business development preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and security solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
