Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic sales to promote and sell premium travel services/products.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Occasionally meet clients at their offices or host client visits in Pune/Mumbai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Implement sales strategies to meet targets and maximize revenue.
- Upsell premium international tours to potential clients.
- Provide excellent presales and postsales customer support.
- Be on standby for customer inquiries and calls on alternate or every third Sunday.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of telephonic sales experience.
- Travel sales experience is a significant bonus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Proven ability to sell premium services/products.
- Having completed one or more foreign trips is a bonus.
