Job Description
Experience Required: 35 years in quality assurance within the hard goods industry (wood metal furniture home decor).
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for hard goods production.
- Conduct regular product inspections to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Identify defects and suggest improvements to production teams.
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to set quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and results.
- Train staff on quality assurance procedures.
- Prepare quality reports for management and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance Engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in quality assurance within the hard goods industry.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in quality control methodologies and tools including statistical process control.
- Detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
