Job Overview:
We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage and streamline our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining an efficient logistics process. This role is crucial to ensuring that our products reach customers and distributors on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend logistics process including inventory warehousing and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments updating records and resolving any logistical issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as invoices packing lists and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to plan shipments based on demand and order requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies during shipping and handling.
- Handle returns and damaged goods ensuring proper replacements or claims.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor s degree or diploma in logistics supply chain management or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain operations preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and familiarity with inventory or logistics management software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and local supply chain processes is a plus.
