Job Description

Overview

As a Real Estate Sales Agent you will play a vital role in the organization by facilitating the purchase and sale of properties guiding clients through the real estate process and ensuring their satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the success of the real estate team and the overall business.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the real estate transaction
  • Negotiate and facilitate offers contracts and leases
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on property market trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Show properties and hold open houses
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals to identify opportunities and potential leads
  • Stay informed about the latest real estate laws regulations and best practices
  • Prepare and present property proposals and contracts
  • Assist in property appraisals and inspections
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities
  • Utilize various channels for property listing and advertising
  • Attend real estate training and professional development programs
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or related field
  • Licensure as a Real Estate Agent in the state of employment
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of property market trends and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding capabilities
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Adherence to ethical and professional standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
