As an Accounts Executive you will play a crucial role in maintaining transparency accountability and mutual respect within our network. Tasks
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies procedures and internal controls to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to support budgeting and variance analysis and provide financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Semiqualified CA/Cost Accountant with a bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 6 years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferably within the import/export industry.
- Proficiency with accounting software like Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and fostering transparency and accountability.
- Should have a laptop with good connectivity.
