Job Description
Job Title: Odoo Functional Expert
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Experience: 13 years
Salary: Up to 40000 per month
Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Overview:
An Ahmedabadbased company is seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Expert with strong business process understanding and ERP experience. This role involves the implementation of IT projects analyzing business requirements and customizing Odoo ERP modules to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will be solutionoriented fluent in English and Arabic and have a knack for translating complex business needs into practical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize Odoo ERP solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze and map client business processes to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and test Odoo ERP modules ensuring they meet operational needs and are optimized for performance.
- Provide enduser training support and technical guidance throughout the ERP implementation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP functionalities ensuring a smooth transition postimplementation.
- Continuously monitor and upgrade existing ERP modules to align with evolving business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in IT Business or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in ERP implementation preferably in Odoo.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various domains.
- Proficient in English and Arabic for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong problemsolving skills.
- Experience in IT project implementation and ERP system configuration.
- Detailoriented solutionfocused and comfortable with technical and functional troubleshooting.
