Job Description
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: FullTime
Experience Required: 5 Years
Reports To: Finance Manager / Senior Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Accountant with 5 years of experience in financial management reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daytoday accounting operations ensuring accuracy and supporting the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Accounting Operations:
- Manage daytoday accounting tasks including journal entries reconciliations and trial balances.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of all financial transactions.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:
- Monitor and process vendor invoices payment schedules and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable to ensure data accuracy.
3. Taxation and Compliance:
- Handle GST TDS and income tax filings ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial documents for audits and tax reviews.
4. Team Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams auditors and external stakeholders as needed.
- Guide and support junior accountants or clerical staff when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
