We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per now
Tasks
- Support in different administrative tasks within the sales and purchase backoffice
- Manage orders and purchase orders inventory adjustments stock mutations and master data within the ERP system
- Support in organizing shipping of orders and logistical coordination
- Handle various correspondence with customers partners and suppliers
- Reception and guest services
- Backoffice replacement (holidays various absence)
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as commercial employee
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in export of goods is a plus
- Strong skills to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
- High level of commitment flexibility organizational and independence skills
- Very good knowledge of usual MS Office tools as Word Excel PowerPoint
- Native speaker of French German or English very good knowledge in the other languages
- Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure outdoor sports young / dynamic)
