Tasks
Step into a role where every day presents exciting challenges. As a Lead SAP HXM Consultant youll lead impactful projects and help clients navigate the everevolving digital landscape.
- Take ownership of projects and applications leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Design and implement innovative SAP HXM solutions in HCM Core and SuccessFactors.
- Analyze design and optimize business processes in SAP HCM/HXM ensuring efficient technical implementation.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and interested stakeholders.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Requirements
- Solid experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Expertise in managing and organizing (sub)projects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English coupled with exceptional social skills.
- A customerfocused and businessoriented mindset with a knack for solving complex challenges.
