Job Description
**Okay this is a pretty cool one. We need someone to be the righthand person of the Founder and CEO () and help us run Responsibly. So if you want to get experience with managing and running a VCbacked tech startup read on!
Responsibly
Responsibly is a sustainability tech startup with a vision of making every purchase in the world responsible.
Were founded by serial entrepreneurs with previous successes like Ofload Dixa Neurons and more and are funded by some of Europes top VCs and angels.
Were at the most exciting part of our journey (yet!) where the product is being picked up by some of the biggest companies out there and we have an incredibly exciting roadmap ahead of us!

Look you probably already know that there are not many bigger problems out there than the climate but did you know that more than 40% of global emissions or really any ESG issue are directly or indirectly impacted by procurement Thats because companies have an incredible amount of power (purchasing power) when selecting and managing suppliers so if we can put sustainability on every supplier scorecard out there we really can change the world.
But its hard! A company will have anywhere fromsuppliers and analyzing each of their sustainability efforts is an impossible task and most ESG ratings suck.
Thats what were trying to change. Responsiblys aipowered due diligence engine automates the due diligence on every supplier across every single esg data point on your suppliers (from risk and violations to positive actions) and turns that into insights to ultimately help companies build more sustainable supply chains.

Tasks
What youll be doing
Youll partner directly with me (the CEO) to help manage and run Responsibly. That means youll essentially take ownership of a lot of the responsibilities that has only been on my table for the past 34 years and partner with me on exciting projects incl:
- Finance: bugetting financial models cash flow management invoices and more.
- People: payroll warrant schemes vacation days hiring onboarding and more.
- Legal & investors: board prep board meeting minutes ad hoc legal projects.
- Marketing: thought leadership podcasts social media
- Specific projects: whether touching on our operations product or commercial teams.
Yes I know that sounds like 10 professions at the same time! Welcome to a founders world its exciting to get exposure to all areas of running a business and youll get support on everything! :)
Requirements
About you
- You have some practical experience through an internship/business study activity in analytical environments where youve had to navigate and make sense of complex problems
- You ideally have a business degree (Bachelors or Masters)
- You are a generalist that loves to get exposure to many things rather than specializing in one specific topic.
- You are highly organized and can easily juggle multiple items at the same time
- You are highly structured in your thinking work and communication
- You are a strong problem solver love analyzing data and thrive in excel/google sheets
- You take a high degree of ownership in your work and are ready to attack unfamiliar problems with enthusiasm and a bias for action!
- You thrive in a fastmoving environment you love to learn and have a growth mindset
- Youll get access to highly sensitive information so you need to be super trustworthy
- Bonus if you want to build a career as an entrenrepreneur or within sustainability and ai
- Youre passionate about your work and ambitious
- English is our working language hence excellent skills are a must

The position can either be help as a fulltime 6 month internship or a parttime student position (minimum 34 days/week) The location is Copenhagen and a European work permit is required.
