Job Title: B2C Sales Executive Paints
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2C Sales Executive to drive sales for our paint products in the consumer market. This role requires a proactive approach to reaching out to potential customers understanding their needs and providing solutions with our range of paints. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs in the paints industry.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop sales strategies and execute plans to maximize revenue. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with customers including homeowners interior designers and contractors. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs preferences and project requirements. Follow up with customers postpurchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. 3. Market and Product Knowledge Understand the features benefits and application techniques of our full product line. Stay informed about competitor products pricing and market trends to position our products effectively. 4. Lead Generation & Sales Execution Identify and approach new potential customers in the local market. Demonstrate products conduct instore events and participate in promotional activities to drive product awareness. Handle customer inquiries provide quotations and guide customers through the purchase process. 5. Inventory and Reporting Track and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Report on sales metrics market feedback and customer needs to contribute to product and marketing development. 6. Customer Service and Feedback Collection Address any customer concerns or complaints professionally. Collect feedback on products to identify improvement areas and share with the product development team.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred). Proven experience in B2C sales preferably in the paint or home improvement industry. Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills. Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of MS Office. Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the designated area. Work Environment: This role involves a mix of instore presence customer visits and participation in sales events. Candidates must be prepared for travel within the designated sales area.
