Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Sales Management:
- Manage and grow the sales of home furnishing products on key ecommerce platforms ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Regularly monitor and optimize product listings pricing and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
- Build strong relationships with ecommerce portals acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless coordination.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and platformspecific opportunities to identify growth avenues.
- Create and execute 360degree plans including marketing campaigns promotional offers and customer engagement strategies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform indepth analysis of sales data traffic metrics and conversion rates to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular performance reports and share actionable insights with the leadership team.
- Use datadriven decisionmaking to optimize product performance and overall sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments including marketing supply chain and design to ensure timely delivery of products and campaigns.
- Work closely with inventory management teams to maintain stock availability and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Partner with customer service teams to address customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends platform algorithms and customer preferences specific to the home furnishings segment.
- Recommend product enhancements new designs or marketing approaches based on market insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in ecommerce sales preferably with home furnishing or similar products.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms like Flipkart Myntra Amazon and their operational tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO PPC and other online marketing strategies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problemsolving and decisionmaking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and work under deadlines.
