Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow Virtual Agent chatbots.
- Customize user interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Integrate Virtual Agent with various thirdparty services.
- Create and maintain conversation flows and intents.
- Implement JavaScript functions for advanced chatbot functionalities.
- Monitor and optimize chatbot performance and user interactions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback for improvements.
- Document coding and development processes for future reference.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on Virtual Agent setup.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting Virtual Agentrelated issues.
- Work with analytics tools to measure chatbot performance.
- Design and implement AIdriven solutions for common user inquiries.
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies.
- Experience with integration tools and methods.
- Familiarity with NLP and AI technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in chatbot development is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is preferred.
- Customeroriented mindset to improve user satisfaction.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
