Position Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the founders.
2. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information documents and files. Overseeing data management report generation and information analysis. Leveraging
advanced MIS tools. Integrating MIS tools and to maintains databases and develops visual dashboards to enhance the accessibility of critical information. Streamlining organizational processes and contribute to informed decisionmaking at the executive level
1. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas materials and presentations that align with our companys commitment to innovation and sustainability. Attend meetings take notes and follow up on action items.
2. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries accommodations and transportation.
3. Event Planning: Assist in organizing events showcasing our companys technology and its impact on the construction segment.
4. Task Prioritization: Help the founders prioritize tasks aligned with our companys commitment to efficiency sustainability and innovation in construction.
5. Administration: Collaborate closely with Senior Management to offer personalized administrative support. Facilitate effective communication by following up with team members on outstanding tasks and deliverables on behalf of Senior Management. Attend and document Senior Management meetings involving clients staff consultants contractors accounts team and advertising and marketing. Prepare detailed minutes of these meetings and promptly share them with the Management team
Qualifications
Graduate Masters degree preferred.
Freshers with good academic record and an excellent fit for the role are also encouraged to apply
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role with a background or interest in the tech driven industries.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
