Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical documentation.
- Provide support in the deployment and implementation of CRM applications.
- Develop and maintain system integrations with other applications and services.
- Assist in data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure optimal system performance through regular system monitoring.
- Provide enduser support and troubleshooting for CRMrelated issues.
- Conduct training sessions for users to facilitate effective use of CRM features.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions.
- Develop best practices for data management and security within the CRM.
- Participate in regular system audits to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with IT and business unit leaders to support project initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and Microsoft Dynamics 365 features.
- Document processes configurations training materials and other pertinent information.
- Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM administration and development.
- Handson experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps.
- Experience with entity relationships and data modeling in Dynamics CRM.
- Proficient in creating custom reports using Microsoft Reporting Services.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
- Prior experience in a customerfacing role is desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL and data management practices.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
