Job Description: Collections Executive
Company Name: Epicenter
Process: USBased Soft Collection Process
Job Role:
Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances.
Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
Location: Bhayandar
Salary: Up to 32000 other benefits
Qualification Requirements:
HSC/Graduates Freshers are welcome to apply.
SSC 1 year of BPO experience can apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Age Criteria: Up to 40 years
Travel Allowance: Home drop provided within travel boundaries.
Travel Boundaries:
Dadar Virar
Dadar Thane
No Harbour Line coverage
Week Offs: 2 rotational offs
Workdays: 5 days per week
Shift Timings:
Rotational 9hour shift between 5:30 PM 8:30 AM.
