Key Responsibilities Area
Connect with patients and their families to inform them about ongoing health
schemes wellness packages and checkup programs.
Build strong relationships with patients to enhance their experience and
foster loyalty.
Address patient inquiries and feedback to ensure a positive perception of the
hospital.
Plan and execute onsite marketing initiatives to promote hospital services
and special healthcare offerings.
Organize and manage neighborhood health checkup camps and wellness
programs to increase hospital visibility.
Work closely with doctors nurses and other staff to coordinate promotional
activities.
Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns to drive footfall and
increase awareness of the hospital s services.
Coordinate promotional events workshops and health talks within the
community to build brand presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and
distribute them in strategic locations.
Establish and maintain relationships with local community groups
organizations and influencers to promote the hospital s brand.
Represent the hospital at community events health fairs and networking
events to build a positive reputation.
Monitor and manage public perception by addressing any concerns or issues
raised by the community.
Gather feedback and data from patients and community members to measure
the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
ovide regular reports on campaign performance and community engagement
initiatives.
Identify new opportunities for community outreach and partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Public Relations Communications or a
related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in public relations offline marketing or
community engagement preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients
and the community.
Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute
multiple campaigns.
Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the local community is
preferred.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to develop innovative marketing
initiatives.
