Module Lead - SAP Plant Maintenance

• Configuration of master data PM Materials Assembly Serial Number BOM Maintenance Task List Measuring Point Counters PM Work Centres and Maintenance Plans.
• Work with clients to gather requirements analyse business processes and design solutions to meet business needs using SAP PM ARMP module.
• Develop functional specifications and technical designs for enhancements and customizations to the SAP PM ARMP module.
• Adopting the SAP ARMP solution designed in ArcelorMittal and use it as ref for future rollout.
• Perform unit testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing for SAP PM ARMP functionality.
• Configuration of Breakdown Process Corrective Maintenance Process Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process Time Based Preventive Maintenance Process Refurbishment Process External Service Management Process Calibration Process.
• Responsible for the system requirement study/gathering solution design system configuration for E2E business processes system testing user training data conversion documentation system integration.
• Good in Business Process Integration with PP MM CO & QM Module.
• Develop and provide KPI reports from SAP PM perspective viz. backlog schedule attainment PM compliance overtime expenses etc.
• Mapping the Technical Structure of the company from SAP PM angle
• Must have implemented at least 1 SAP S/4 HANA projects and SAP ECC Projects
• Writing functional Specification for Reports Interface Conversion Enhancement Forms Workflow requiring ABAP development.
• Should have worked on User exit BAPI BADI Enhancement point RFC ALE/Idoc LSMW BDC LTMC.
• Should have good communication & Coordination leadership analytical and decisionmaking skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP ASAP Activate and Agile Project Methodology.

• Expert in Fit and Gap Analysis Functional Specifications testing end user training and documentation.
• Expertise in ASAP Agile and Activate methodologies and analysing AS IS & TO BE status of the client and suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation.
• Resolve Incidents diagnose problem areas and provide best solutions.
• Responsible for requirement gathering Design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment/implementation projects contribute to all phases of SAP implementation projects.
• Plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unitlevel and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
