Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for creating engaging content analyzing social media performance and managing leadgeneration campaigns across various platforms. You ll stay updated with the latest digital trend and play a key role in shaping our brand s online presence. If you have a passion for SEO creative content writing and digital marketing with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.
- Monitor online trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media tools algorithms and best practices.
- Identify target audiences and strategically schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create infographics videos and other visually appealing content.
- Write and review press releases newsletters blogs and other promotional material.
- Ensure the security of social media accounts and manage passwords.
- Create and manage leadgeneration ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns (e.g. Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter) to generate leads and conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Expertise in SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong consulting communication and social networking skills.
- Excellent creative content writing with a strong command of grammar.
- Ability to manage social advertising campaigns and drive results.
- Knowledge of web design CMS (content management systems) and online marketing strategies.
- A customeroriented mindset with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Active on social media platforms following the latest trends.
- Familiarity with the real estate or tech industries is a plus.
