**Job Title: Integrated Systems Specialist**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Systems Specialist with expertise in SAP IS Modules SAP S4/Hana Oracle IS Modules OIC Workday SuccessFactors Service Now Salesforce and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation optimization and support of integrated system solutions to improve our business processes. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of industryspecific enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and human capital management (HCM) solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **ERP Implementation and Support:**
Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP IS Modules and SAP S4/Hana as well as Oracle IS Modules ensuring these systems effectively support business operations.
Collaborate with business units to translate their requirements into system configurations and customizations.
2. **Integration and Middleware:**
Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design and implement integration solutions between various enterprise systems.
Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between disparate systems.
3. **Human Capital Management:**
Implement customize and support HCM solutions such as Workday and SuccessFactors enhancing human resource processes and employee experience.
Manage system updates and maintenance activities ensuring continuity of HR services.
4. **Service Management:**
Configure and maintain IT service management tools like Service Now optimizing incident problem and change management processes.
Facilitate the automation of service workflows to increase operational efficiencies.
5. **CRM and Customer Service:**
Implement and support CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Service Cloud focusing on customer engagement and service excellence.
Develop and maintain customer service processes aligning them with business goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
6. **Project Management:**
Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders manage timelines and oversee resource allocation.
7. **Training and Documentation:**
Develop comprehensive user manuals and training materials for new and existing systems.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers to ensure they are proficient in utilizing the integrated systems.
8. **Continuous Improvement:**
Monitor system performance gather user feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in ERP CRM and HCM technologies to recommend upgrades and new solutions.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the implementation and management of integrated systems with a focus on SAP Oracle Workday SuccessFactors Service Now Salesforce and Service Cloud.
Proven track record of successful system integrations and optimizations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
