Our client is a fastgrowing IT Services company predominately catering to European markets with domain expertise in Manufacturing Fintech & Healthtech. Its management consulting insights with bestinclass technology solutions to transform the operations of their clients and they have multiple offices in Europe Central Asia America and India. It seeks to provide bespoke technological solutions to its clientele internationally and in India. Their development centre is located in Kolkata and another coming up in Navi Mumbai.
It is expert in IT Services provides Strategies for IT requirements which supports by Developing Customising Implementing and Maintaining the clients Business IT Environment. Their spectrum of Solutions broadly includes SAP Services & Microsoft services.
All SAP Implementation projects are on RISE or On Prem S4 Hana
Across the Globe Clientele.
Position: SAP Delivery Head
Location: Kolkata / Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage endtoend SAP projects covering ECC and SAP S/4HANA in the capacity of both Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP Finance processes leveraging this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) catering to both domestic and overseas clients.
- Drive continuous innovation and agility within the SAP practice staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Exhibit a track record of successfully delivering highimpact projects on time and within budget.
- Showcase exceptional people management skills by leading and motivating crossfunctional teams.
- Effectively manage customer escalations maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout project engagements.
- Take ownership of profitability management for the SAP practice ensuring projects contribute to overall business growth.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering strong relationships with clients team members and stakeholders.
- Aspire to progress within the organization aiming for the position of Delivery Head in SAP.
- The role requires customer facing responsibilities as well as travel.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in SAP Finance processes highly desirable along with exposure in other modules of SAP.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex endtoend SAP projects including ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutioning with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions for clients business challenges.
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Sound financial acumen capable of managing project profitability and contributing to the growth of the SAP practice.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation abilities.
