• Around 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Extensive handson experience with Core ABAP ABAP on HANA OData ObjectOriented ABAP Webdynpro and SAP BTP development.
• Proven experience in leading ABAP teams in largescale SAP implementation and upgrade projects.

• Expertise in Core ABAP programming including BAPIs BADIs User Exits Enhancement Framework and SAP script/Smart Forms.
• Deep understanding of ABAP on HANA including CDS views AMDP and performance tuning techniques.
• Proficient in developing OData services and working with SAP Gateway for Fiori applications.
• Strong knowledge of ObjectOriented ABAP and Webdynpro for ABAP.
• Handson experience with SAP BTP services SAP Cloud Platform SAP Fiori and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Familiarity with SAP development tools such as SAP Web IDE Eclipse and SAP GUI.

• Set development standards and best practices for ABAP programming focusing on code quality performance optimization scalability and anchoring Technical Code Review.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and develop complex custom ABAP solutions including reports interfaces conversions enhancements forms (RICEF) and workflows.
• Expertise in designing interfaces using ALE IDOCS BAPI RFCs with creation of ports partner profiles and EDI interfacing
• Utilize ABAP on HANA capabilities such as CDS views AMDP and SQL scripting to develop optimized solutions leveraging the power of SAP HANA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom ABAP developments ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Knowledge on ABAP HR will be preferable.
• Strong experience and exposure in SAP HANA upgrade and SAP HANA Migration.
• Exposure in Data Conversions and uploads from legacy systems to SAP S4HANA using various tools and by developing programs
• Expert in Performance Tuning using SQL traces and Runtime Analysis & in EPC ATC and Code Inspector

• Develop and manage OData services for SAP Fiori applications and other external integrations.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Webdynpro applications ensuring alignment with user experience standards and business requirements.

• Promote the use of ObjectOriented ABAP (OOABAP) principles and patterns within the team to build modular reusable and maintainable code.
• Ensure that all custom developments adhere to SAP s enhancement framework and use BAdIs enhancement points and other OOABAP features effectively.

• Lead the integration and extension of SAP S/4HANA with SAP BTP services including SAP Cloud Platform SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Fiori.
• Develop and deploy custom applications and extensions using SAP BTP leveraging tools like SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and SAP Integration Suite.
• Guide the team in utilizing SAP BTP to deliver cloudbased solutions that extend the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of ABAP development projects from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and support.
• Collaborate with project managers stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and to the required quality standards.
• Manage project risks issues and changes effectively providing regular updates to senior management.

• Stay current with the latest SAP technologies trends and best practices driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing continuous learning and professional development among team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose enhancements to existing systems and methodologies.
