ob Title: Financial Systems Specialist (Anaplan Pigment and Vertec)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to lead the implementation maintenance and optimization of financial planning and analysis tools including Anaplan Pigment and Vertec. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance and technology ensuring the effective use of these tools to support strategic decisionmaking and operational efficiency.

Tool Implementation and Management
- Configure maintain and optimize Anaplan Pigment and Vertec for financial planning analytics and project management.
- Lead system upgrades enhancements and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Collaborate with finance teams to design and build financial models budgets and forecasts using Anaplan and Pigment.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.

Project Management Support
- Utilize Vertec to manage project timelines budgets and resources.
- Support the integration of financial systems with project management workflows.

CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with finance IT and operations teams to align system functionalities with organizational goals.
- Train endusers on the effective use of Anaplan Pigment and Vertec.

Data Integrity and Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data across systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track KPIs and financial performance.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
- 3 years of experience working with financial planning tools like Anaplan Pigment or Vertec.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in system administration and configuration for Anaplan Pigment and Vertec.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in crossfunctional collaboration.
- Certification in Anaplan or similar financial planning tools.
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with financial tools.
