Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled TGT Math Teacher to join our educational team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering highquality mathematics instruction to students from specify grades e.g. Grades 610 fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students in developing mathematical skills and understanding
Responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery:
- Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum guidelines.
- Conduct engaging and interactive math lessons to help students grasp mathematical concepts.
- Student Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare tests assignments and examination papers in line with syllabus requirements.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a disciplined and stimulating learning environment.
- Maintain classroom decorum and ensure that students are actively participating.
- Student Support and Mentorship:
- Provide academic guidance to help students understand complex topics.
- Encourage students to develop problemsolving skills and critical thinking.
- ParentTeacher Communication:
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Address any academic or behavioral issues collaboratively with parents.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in school workshops meetings and training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum developments.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the specified grade level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital tools.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving ability.
- Patience enthusiasm and a passion for teaching mathematics.
Job Title: TGT Science Teacher
Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate TGT Science Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching science to students in specify grades e.g. Grades 610 helping them develop a solid understanding of scientific concepts and inspiring a love for learning in the sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Instruction:
- Design and deliver effective science lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Use interactive teaching methods to explain scientific principles and processes.
- Student Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess students performance through assignments tests and projects.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
- Classroom Management:
- Establish a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure proper classroom discipline and motivate students to participate actively.
- Practical Demonstrations and Experiments:
- Organize and conduct laboratory activities to enhance practical knowledge.
- Ensure students safety and supervise them during laboratory sessions.
- Student Guidance and Support:
- Assist students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Provide additional support to students struggling with scientific concepts.
- ParentTeacher Communication:
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and academic performance.
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns and provide additional support.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated on new scientific developments and teaching techniques.
- Attend training sessions workshops and school meetings as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Science or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching science at the specified grade level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to encourage curiosity and critical thinking in students.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and resources.
- Experience in conducting science experiments and practical sessions.
