Title: TEMS Lead
Location: Johnston RI or Phoenix AZ (Onsite)

Proposed job duties for Onshore TEMS lead:
- Test Environment related issues coordination activities
- Experience on scheduling and monitoring tool e.g. TWS CA7 ControlM or any other scheduling and monitoring tool
- Mainframe JCL knowledge (required for Mainframe batch jobs monitoring and L1 troubleshooting)
- Handson experience on Service Now tool for incident management
- Good to have handson on Datadog tool or any other environment management/environment monitoring tool (e.g. Dynatrace Splunk)
- Communicating effectively with project teams dev teams executive groups and all project stakeholders
- Work effectively with test environment stakeholders to understand the requirements (e.g. environment requirements any batch job run requirements)
- Provide technical document wherever necessary (which will include requirement summary)
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders in the Application Development teams DBA teams Release Management teams
- Working closely with offshore team to track daily test environment related issues Coordination for any issues related to teams access requirements
- Working on Service Now tickets (incident management process) L1 analysis of the tickets
- Incidents status communication with stakeholders
- Ensure environments health checks are run and reports are shared with required stakeholders L1 analysis in case of any failures
- Attending issue triage meetings with dev teams and working closely with them to find out root cause of the failures
- Ensure Seamless deployment activities in test environments
- Track project progress and share status reports to all stakeholders
- Share daily weekly monthly reports with customer
- Accountable for endtoEnd delivery of committed deliverables within a given time
