Position Summary:
As a PMS Sales Professional you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients managing highnetworth (HNI) and ultrahighnetworth (UHNI) client relationships and generating Assets Under Management (AUM). You will offer tailored investment solutions through Portfolio Management Advisory and Researchbased AUM products while ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets exceptional advisory skills and a strategic mindset to develop longterm client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and acquire new privileged clients with a focus on HNI/UHNI segments.
Develop maintain and enhance longterm relationships with highnetworth clients.
Understand client investment goals risk tolerance and tailor investment strategies accordingly.
Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolio performance provide advice and ensure client satisfaction.
Advisory & Portfolio Management:
Provide bespoke advisory services shaping investment strategies based on market trends economic indicators and client goals.
Suggest portfolio modifications to align with client objectives and changing market conditions.
Stay abreast of market developments and competitor strategies to enhance offerings.
AUM Generation:
Drive AUM growth through acquisition and retention of clients.
Work closely with business teams to create competitive marketaligned AUM products.
Regularly monitor and assess portfolio performance and suggest necessary improvements.
Market Intelligence & Research:
Engage in competitor mapping and share insights with the business to improve products and services.
Conduct indepth research on market trends asset classes and investment opportunities.
Provide feedback to product teams to ensure products are aligned with client needs and market developments.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements including KYC advisory documentation and account opening procedures.
Monitor and mitigate any risk factors associated with client portfolios.
Ensure 100% compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks in Portfolio Management.
Client Retention & Satisfaction:
Implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Address client concerns proactively providing solutions that align with their evolving financial goals.

Margin Acquisition & AUM Growth: Increase AUM by acquiring new clients and managing existing portfolios effectively.
Client Relationship: Maintain strong client relationships with high retention and satisfaction rates.
Market Intelligence: Regularly track and report on competitor activity and market trends.
Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Post Graduate (MBA/CA/CFA) from a recognized university (Advanced degree preferred).
Experience: 1215 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years in the Private Banking/Wealth Management industry.
