What you will be doing:
- Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm personal & detailed service in a luxury upscale and fast paced environment.
- Ensure a positive first impression of the restaurant for our guests through detailed cleanliness setup and ambiance control.
- Distribution and delivery of guests food orders out onto the service floor and serving them at their tables to the correct guest
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services contents & preparation methods outlets and hotel services/features
- Assist servers in proper garnishing of all menu items ordered
- Maintain cleanliness of all chinaware. Monitor quality and consistency of all menu items being served
- Maintain clean and orderly condition of the service line station.
- Daily requisition of all food condiments and to ensure adequate stock levels of all necessary dishware linen and condiments for daily service operations
- Try to remember individual patrons names and their preferences to extend a personalized service
- Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard
- Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures
- Assist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required
- Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Detailed & service oriented with an eye for detail to be selfmotivated and energetic.
- Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work in Food and Beverage (Tuberculosis Clearance)
