Storekeeper

Receive stock and distribute food and beverage items used by the Hotel. Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

What you will be doing: 

• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Maintain store product to ensure proper handling procedures are followed
• Distribute supplies throughout the property submit by way of purchase orders & inventory requisitions
• Ensuring that cleanliness organization and health code recommendations provided by the state are followed
• Effectively communicate with team members out of stock or shorted items.
• Provide updates on special orders when received and include information on supplies when they need to be reordered.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Proficiency in MS excel word PowerPoint & other relevant accounting operating systems
• Adequate inventory management abilities
• An indepth understanding of a stockroom & its environment
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper Forklift operation
• Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work with Food and Beverage (Tuberculosis Clearance)
• Valid Drivers License
