Job Description
- Coordinate the team using an Agile Methodology of choice (SCRUM Kanban etc.).
- Facilitation: Ability to lead Scrum ceremonies effectively (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives).
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled in mediating disputes and fostering collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in aligning team outputs with business goals.
Qualifications :
- Coaching: Expertise in mentoring teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- ProblemSolving: Adept at identifying and removing impediments.
- Time Management: Ensures efficient use of time during sprints and ceremonies.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira & Confluence.
