Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and certified Ultrasound Technologist with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering precise diagnostic imaging. This role involves using the latest ultrasound technology to support specialized diagnostic services in diverse hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive ultrasound examinations in specialties such as abdominal obstetric vascular and musculoskeletal imaging.
- Provide highquality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic interpretations.
- Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment ensuring peak operational performance.
- Accurately document and communicate findings in detailed imaging reports for physician use.
Qualifications and amp; Experience:
- Minimum of 23 years of professional experience as an Ultrasound Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Certification with CARDUP Sonography Canada or equivalent regulatory body required.
- Expertise in performing specialized imaging techniques such as Doppler abdominal and obstetrics ultrasound.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highquality diagnostic images for accurate clinical evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Experience with advanced ultrasound equipment and knowledge of the latest imaging technology is highly desirable.
