Job Description
- Identify areas where your contribution will benefit the customer the most and actively engage in those areas
- Represent the customers and endusers needs & expectations driving the implementation of the product strategy
- Foster a culture of outcomedrivenness human centricity trust and transparency within the team both on the customers and Sigma Softwares side
- Nourish product thinking in the team ensuring a sustained focus on defined objectives
- Identify and proactively manage strategic and executional risks and issues
- Do whatever is necessary and appropriate to ensure the success of the product under development
- Create user stories and software requirements for the engineering
- Mentor and provide continuous feedback to Product Management Apprentices
- Act as a product thinking evangelist both internally (across Sigma Software) and externally (to leads prospects and customers).
- Be a frontliner: engage in a range of presales activities present our product management expertise to external stakeholders identify the most promising business opportunities and advise customers on the product management matters
- Share expertise with the members of internal product management community and support its members in their professional growth
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in product management or product ownership
- Experience with products in the introduction and growth stages of their lifecycle
- Ability to understand the business environment competition industry and market trends
- Developed skills in collecting and analyzing data from various sources Ability to identify key insights identify opportunities validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
- Strong skills of establishing and evangelizing the desired end state or outcomeandmotivating others to come along
- Owners mindset
- Kaizen in DNA
- Strong business acumen
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability commitment quick learning ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and communicate effectively
- Atleast an Upperintermediate level of English
