Job Description
- To review buildability of IFC drawings and contractors shop drawings in terms of electrical aspect.
- To manage the contractors team during pre installation installation and post installation.
- To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality cost statutory safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met.
- To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters.
- To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality safety health and environment issues.
- To maintain effective project governance processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering required Masters Degree desired.
- 5 to 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design and Construction of Data Centre or HiTech Mechanical Systems
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
- Good organizational skills and Service attitude
- Excellent communication skills and good team working skills English required
- Familiarity with Data Centre facilities systems and power supply infrastructure.
- Strong ability in English speaking and writing be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Project
- Thorough understanding of building codes and standards
