To review buildability of IFC drawings and contractors shop drawings in terms of electrical aspect.
To manage the contractors team during pre installation installation and post installation.
To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality cost statutory safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met.
To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters.
To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality safety health and environment issues.
To maintain effective project governance processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering required Masters Degree desired.
5 to 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design and Construction of Data Centre or HiTech Mechanical Systems
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
Good organizational skills and Service attitude
Excellent communication skills and good team working skills English required
Familiarity with Data Centre facilities systems and power supply infrastructure.
Strong ability in English speaking and writing be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Project
Thorough understanding of building codes and standards
